It is our understanding that you should inquire into if you need
permission to go ahead with any building project on your property.
We have been informed that there is unfortunatly a fee between
- £20 for pre application
- £150 for full planning application.
In order to be given paperwork signed by the Council to say if
you have or have not permission to carry out your project.
